Purchasing meats in bulk is the most economical way to purchase our tender and delicious home-grown beef. When you order in bulk, our Butchers will custom cut your meat to your specifications. All cuts are vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer. Vacuum sealed meats last much longer in the freezer as they are air tight. Our butchers will walk you through the process of requesting the best cuts that suit you and your family’s needs.
Whole Beef: $6.25/lb (approximately 800lbs hanging weight)
1/2 Beef: $6.50/lb (approximately 400lbs hanging weight)
Mixed 1/4 Beef: $7.00/lb (approximately 200lbs hanging weight)
Front 1/4 Beef: $6.25/lb (approximately 200lbs hanging weight)
Hind 1/4: $7.25/lb (approximately 200lbs hanging weight)
A deposit of $500 is required when purchasing beef in bulk.
